This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was modified under prior ownership with extended wheel arch flares, a repaint in Marina Blue Metallic, and 20″ American Racing Torq Thrust wheels. Power is supplied by a 327ci V8 equipped with aluminum cylinder heads and paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes a black soft top, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, a cabin heater, an AM/FM radio, and retractable headlights. This C2 was purchased by the current owner in 2023 and is now offered on their behalf by the seller with a clean California title in the owner’s name.
The car was delivered from the factory in Ermine White and has been fitted with flared wheel arches and refinished in Marina Blue Metallic with a black hood scoop. Exterior features include a black soft top, a domed hood, retractable headlights, chrome split bumperettes, fender vents, dual side mirrors, and dual exhaust tips.
The 20″ American Racing Torque Thrust II wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 275/35 rear Nexen N’fera SU1 tires. The car features a fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. The car is equipped with power steering and braking is handled by four-wheel discs.
The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in black as well as color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include a heater, a vertical push-button AM/FM radio, an analog clock, and three-point seatbelts.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,250-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, amperage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 71k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
Said to be originally equipped with a 427ci V8, the car was fitted with a 327ci V8 some time ago, and it features aluminum cylinder heads, tubular headers, Chevrolet-branded valve covers, and a Holley carburetor. Cooling is via an aluminum radiator.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a 3.30:1 rear end.
